The UCA Accreditation program awards an urgent care organization with the highest level of distinction in patient care through set standards for safety, quality & scope of services. Less than 16% of urgent cares in America are UCA-accredited.

Accreditation is a voluntary process through which an urgent care center measures over 340 standards and services against nationally recognized benchmarks. Knowledge of and close adherence to the standards of accreditation provide assurances that the care provided by Piedmont Urgent Care is state of the art – and that the established policies and procedures ensure exceptional business practices. Achieving UCA accreditation status requires a comprehensive organizational assessment examining capacity in:
