For other medical events including stitches and broken bones, Prisma Health Urgent Care provides shorter wait times, lower costs, and more personalized care. There is a range of costs for the office visit depending on the complexity of the medical problem and your insurance coverage. If you have insurance, all payments including your co-pay, deductible, or coinsurance are due at the time of service.

As of 5/11/23, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has declared that there is no longer a public health emergency due to COVID-19. As a result, many insurance payors will no longer be waiving patient co-pays, coinsurances, and deductibles for COVID-19 related visits. We are encouraging our patients to reach out to their insurance companies directly with questions about coverage for COVID-19 related visits.
